Lina Fenequito
Primary Designer and Creator
Lina Fenequito attended Duke University, earning a degree in both computer science and visual arts. Upon graduating she joined Americorps program, Public Allies where she worked as a youth coordinator for a youth outreach program in Chapel Hill, NC. Through this experience she began to meld her passion for art with those for issues of social justice. In 2003 she attended Parsons School of Design to pursue a graduate degree in Design and Technology where she tackled projects that addressed issues of racism, over-consumption, and building community through digital media. She is currently the co-founder of Good World Media design studio and teaches at Parson’s School of Design.
Rick Cassidy
Electronic Engineer
Rick Cassidy is the founder and president of Cassidy Development LLC, a boutique CCTV firm in Union City New Jersey, which he has operated since 2005. He studied electronic engineering at TCI College of Technology New York, NY and is a self educated computer programmer. Most intriguing to Rick is designing custom systems for his clients who manage large residential buildings in New York. Rick’s recreational programming of micro controllers and electronics design has led to collaboration with various art and design projects; his life-long enthusiasm for computer programming, electronic engineering, and robotics provide a backdrop for his projects Rick’s current passion is mentoring a new generation of electronic engineers and technicians at his firm.
Ray Mancini
Visual Designer
Ray Mancini graduated from Syracuse University, earning high honors and a degree in computer graphics from the School of Visual & Performing Arts. He spent his early post-college years designing interactive sites and composing music at Organic Online, DVC Interactive, and Delirium. In 2002, he began consulting for clients such as ELC Online, Gloss, and CUNY. He formed Good World Media in 2007, located in Brooklyn, NY. At Good World Media, Mancini is a principal and creative director, spearheading visual design and new media solutions for clients in the NYC area and beyond. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Communication/Interactive Design at the Pratt Institute in New York City.
